1. Load situation:

-Load size: if it is a light load condition, such as the motor shaft of small household appliances, ball bearings are more suitable because of their small friction coefficient and flexible operation, which can better adapt to light load conditions; If it bears heavy load and impact load, such as some parts in construction machinery, roller bearing is more suitable, and its contact area between rolling body and raceway is larger, which can bear higher load.

-load direction: when the stamping bearing is subjected to pure axial load, thrust bearing is generally selected, such as the supporting part of some screw jacks; When bearing pure radial load, deep groove ball bearing or short cylindrical roller bearing can be selected, like ordinary small transmission device; If there are radial and small axial loads at the same time, deep groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings and tapered roller bearings can be considered. When the axial load is large, angular contact ball bearing and tapered roller bearing with large contact angle are better choices, or the combination of radial bearing and thrust bearing is adopted.
